Company Background

Founded in 2005,by Mr. Frank Meyer, AST™’s purpose is to provide every American the ability to protect themselves and their loved ones from Bio–Chemical or a Dirty Bomb Radiation terrorist attack.

In the early 1960’s, Mr. Meyer founded a company that manufactured and installed underground bomb shelters for private residents. The fear at that time was that Russia would attack the U.S. with a missile carrying an atomic bomb.
